Happened into the Station Cafe at Campsea Ash. It appears to have a double personality because on some sites it is called Campsea Ash and others Wickham Market. OK I know the station is called Wickham Market and it is in Campsea Ash, but why the identity crisis for the cafe?
The Cafe is a community asset and is a Charitable Community Benefit Society incorporated in 2013, to bring the Station House, which had been dormant since 2005, back to life as a new community amenity for the local area and beyond. The aim is to combine its historical purpose and heritage with a community function.
Had a very nice cup of cappuccino and a whole meal bacon roll (sub). They have a good menu and cake!!!
