Well done to a posse of villagers who swung into action on Sunday afternoon when a very large horse kicked its rider in the head on the pightle. They looked after the rider, and took control of the horse, until the Ambulance arrived. The rider who was bleeding quite profusely is understood than to be much better this morning. Apparently he was not wearing a hat when the horse lashed out.
