I see that our old friends the Shottisham Village Association are promoting grants from AONB for wild life initiatives around the village. The initiative is on behalf of the Parish Council. I like the idea of Wild Flower Areas which we blogged on some time ago. Increasing the number of pollinators has to be a good thing. Also hedgehogs numbers have decreased by half a million to one million since 1995. Hedgehog homes perhaps. Plenty of places to put them.
