How Busy Can Southwold Get

I understand that only 50% of properties in Southwold have full-time occupants. We went to Walberswick for a little walk and a cup of coffee. I would not recommend the cafe. The coffee was weak and the iced cake had seen better days. We were hoping to cross the river Blyth to get to the Southwold quayside but the ferry does not start until the end of March. So it was a car journey through Southwold. I believe all properties must have been occupied judging by the number of people there. It was difficult driving down some of the more narrow roads because the pavements were so crowded people were walking in the road and appeared in no hurry to get out of the way!

Still, it was a very warm day and the town was looking lovely.
