What a pleasant time spent in the Trust Hall last night listening about the project to built a full scale replica of the Sutton Hoo boat. The talk was part of the WI’s open evening.
The replica will be 90 foot long and will be built in The Longshed at the Woodbridge waterfront. We were given three websites which I repeat below. I have yet to have anything but a quick look at the last. I will spend some time in each.
I believe that we are lucky to live so close to such an historic river.
