Well it is shown in the photos. 14 villagers turned up with spades, barrows and muscles which I should imagine are now aching. With the help of a mini digger they dug a trench around the Trust Hall which was filled with stone. That should keep the damp away. Refreshments were provided and were most welcome.
As one villager put it ‘it is amazing what a few villagers can do’.
